Labs by Hims & Hers makes it simple to access up to 120 biomarker tests across 10 health areas that matter, including heart health, metabolism, hormones, inflammation, and stress – and then turn those results into action.2
It starts in our app, where you select the testing plan that is right for you. If eligible, you will then schedule your first blood draw at a nearby health clinic. After your appointment, you’ll receive a push notification when your results and action plan are ready. In the app, you’ll find your biomarker results, an analysis for each health category, and a doctor-developed action plan that helps you prioritize your first step. That action plan will include lifestyle guidance, including nutrition and exercise. You may also receive access to personalized treatment plans, if a provider decides it is appropriate. You can easily complete a consultation on the app so a provider can evaluate If a specific treatment plan is right for you.
Your lab results power your entire Hims & Hers experience, from your personalized action plan to how you measure progress. Provider support is always available and depending on your plan and treatment, you have access to follow-up testing. Labs helps you track your progress over time to stay proactive about finding ways to maintain, manage, and improve your health.
Insights is where Labs comes to life differently for everyone. When your results are ready, you’ll find a summary of your biomarker results, the categories that need specific attention, your biological age, and how to start your Action Plan – all on the home screen. As you dive into each health category, you’ll find a personalized message that clearly explains where you stand, why it matters, and what comes next.
Your Action Plan is tailored to you and your results, with prioritized action items designed to help you improve your health. Your doctor-developed plan will include lifestyle guidance, and, if you’re eligible, access to doctor-trusted treatment plans. The entire experience is designed to help you improve your health and make progress before your next test. Your care team is always there to answer questions and help you navigate the guidance in your Action Plan.
